| To enter the next Mums Triangular Tournament you should first be aware of the following rules: |

| Rules: |
| 1. All players must be bonefide mums. |
| |
| 2. Matches are 2 halfs of 20 minutes each with a 5 minute break at half time and at least 15 minutes between matches. |
| |
| 3. Teams must have a full set of matching kit as far as possible including socks. For safety goalkeepers must have full protective equipment and all players must wear shin guards and mouth guards are advised. |
| |
| 4. Standard England Hockey rules will be followed. |
| |
| 5. Teams will all play each other once with three points being awarded for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a loss. After all matches have been played,should there be a tie then the result of the two tied teams against each other will decide the winner. If there is still a tie then goal difference will be used and if there is still a tie then the teams will go into a penalty flick shoot out. |

| 6. There is no cost to enter a team into this competition. However, this is a charity fund raising activity and therefore teams are asked to collect £5 per player match fee on the day and that will be donated directly to Clic Sargent. |
| If any teams entering the tournament could donate raffle prizes then that would be most appreciated. |
